There is a precious little information on how this works.
Community blogs and Ax forums have raised the issue for several years with Ax 2012 12 also - everyone points to the same broken Coli Mitchell blog link- even the old TechNet help.
A lot of users are hoping that this feature will finally become usable at D365 FO with informed help.

Or if it is for purchase requisition, is there any specific scenario you want to see a wiki on ?
I do not know the link you are referring to, so if you could share what was described as useful information there, it could help in understanding the need for documentation.
