Allow that "Incoming document" can be POST through the API, including binary/PDF file attachment upload.
Also the Power Automate (aka Microsoft Flow) , to write / create a new document including binary for "incoming document" record with attachment.

Scenario is that we can easily integrate with Exchange Online, or SharePoint Online, or general Power Automate ability to transfer and upload documents to "incoming document" in BC.
