Custom descriptions via IntelliSense in VS Code

When developing extensions, it would be really handy to be able to decorate tables, fields, functions, etc. with descriptions and then make those descriptions visible via IntelliSense. This would be very similar to the XML comments available for C# https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/csharp/codedoc

Yep, nice idea.
Would make a lot things "easier" for a nice teamwork :)
