Into NAV 201x it is possible to send notes between users. It can not be sent in BC.

It will be great if can import notes via Configuration Package as current "Comment" function does not display in fact box.

It is as Vaseem Ali says, the Factbox is present. The option to Notify is missing.

This feature should absolutely be brought into Business Central. This is a very much appreciated feature among our customers having this available in the RTC.

I believe the Notes Factbox is present but the options to Notify other users is no longer present.
